Our privately owned dental practice in the Chesterfield area is seeking a friendly, experienced, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team full-time!

Position Highlights
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday schedule, including one Wednesday evening per week
- Privately owned dental practice

Responsibilities
- Perform professional dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Take dental radiographs as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and periodontal health
- Maintain accurate patient charting and clinical documentation
- Assess and monitor patients’ oral health
- Ensure patient comfort while delivering high-quality dental hygiene care
- Work collaboratively with the dentist and dental team to provide an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate chairside manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Dentrix and Dexis experience preferred, but not required
