seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our Team.
Office is open M-F -- NO WEEKENDS

Join our dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant and help patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visits. You’ll support general dentistry and may assist with pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. You’ll also help keep clinical workflows organized through accurate documentation, careful equipment preparation, and consistent infection prevention practices.
Duties
- Provide patient care and chairside assisting, including four-handed dentistry, patient preparation, and vital signs collection.
- Prepare and maintain dental equipment, process instruments, and follow dental sterilization procedures, infection control, aseptic technique, and healthcare infection prevention and control practices.
- Assist with dental X-rays and other medical imaging, including use of a 3D scanner when applicable.
- Document care and maintain medical records while following HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) requirements and clinical confidentiality policies.
- Support patient management and dental receptionist tasks, including scheduling and coordinating patient flow.

Requirements
- Registered Dental Assistant credential and any required authorization to perform assigned duties.
- Dental assisting or dental clinic experience; knowledge of dental and medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care.
- Familiarity with EMR (electronic medical record) systems and patient management software; experience with Eaglesoft or Dentrix is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental instrument processing, dental equipment, dental X-rays, and infection prevention; experience with pediatrics is an asset.
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
