Drive the Future of the Brand
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for ATAX
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and market expansion

Champion Franchisee Success
- Lead the team responsible for supporting franchisees nationwide
- Ensure franchise owners have the tools, training, systems, and resources needed to thrive
- Build strong relationships across the franchise network
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Expand the Franchise Network
- Drive franchise development and growth initiatives
- Identify and evaluate new markets and expansion opportunities
- Support franchise recruitment efforts and successful onboarding of new owners
- Help create an environment where franchisees can achieve long-term profitability
Lead a High-Performing Organization
- Inspire and develop a talented team of professionals
- Align operations, marketing, training, technology, and finance around strategic goals

Represent the Brand
