- Conduct Azure readiness assessments and cloud discovery engagements.
- Develop Azure adoption strategies and migration roadmaps.

- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the client relationship.
- Design secure, scalable, and highly available Microsoft Azure environments.

- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing Azure solutions in complex environments.
- Experience with cloud migrations, Azure networking, identity, security, governance, hybrid cloud environments, and disaster recovery.
- Experience providing technical guidance to fellow technicians and communicating technical recommendations to clients and leadership.
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or multi-client technical environment is a plus, but not required.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert strongly preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate preferred.
- Additional Microsoft Azure certifications in security, networking, identity, or related cloud technologies are a plus.
- Equivalent demonstrated Azure experience and expertise may be considered in lieu of specific certifications.
