PrimeSpan Institute is looking for relationship-oriented people who want to help us build connections with businesses and organizations serving the growing 55+ population.
This opportunity may be especially well suited for people with backgrounds in caregiving, home care, senior living, healthcare, community outreach, sales, business development, local networking, or other aging-related services.
You do not need to be a professional salesperson.
What matters most is that you are comfortable meeting people, starting conversations, developing relationships, following up, and creating opportunities.
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary. There is also no course, certification, membership, starter kit, or other PrimeSpan product you are required to purchase to participate.
What You'll Help Grow
PrimeSpan Business Development Partners currently develop relationships around two major initiatives:
PrimeSpan Verified 55+ Business Network
Help identify and connect with businesses interested in better understanding and serving adults 55+.
You will introduce businesses to the PrimeSpan Verified 55+ Business Network, start conversations with decision-makers, explain the assessment process, and help qualified businesses become members.
PrimeSpan makes all final verification decisions.
Caregiver Workforce Education Partnerships
Connect with home-care agencies, senior-living organizations, caregiving organizations, and other aging-service providers interested in additional professional development for their workforce.
You will introduce organizations to PrimeSpan's Caregiver Mastery Program, learn about their workforce-development needs, explain group enrollment opportunities, and help interested organizations establish an education partnership with PrimeSpan.
The Caregiver Mastery Program is professional development and does not replace state-required training, licensing, registration, certification, or employer-specific requirements.
How You Earn
This is a results-based opportunity. You earn commissions when the business or organization you develop successfully enrolls and PrimeSpan receives payment.
Verified 55+ Business Network
- Monthly membership enrollment: $50 commission
- Six-month membership enrollment: $100 commission
- Annual membership enrollment: $150 commission
Caregiver Workforce Partnerships
Partners earn 20% of collected first-contract revenue from qualifying new organizational Caregiver Mastery partnerships they originate and close.
For example, based on current organizational pricing:
- 25-person partnership ($1,975) → $395 commission
- 50-person partnership ($3,450) → $690 commission
- 100-person partnership ($5,900) → $1,180 commission
There is no guaranteed income. Earnings depend on successfully completed and collected business.
Additional performance incentives may be offered. Complete commission, attribution, cancellation/refund, and payment terms are provided in the Independent Contractor Agreement before work begins.
What You'll Do
You will:
- Identify businesses and organizations serving adults 55+.
- Identify home-care agencies, senior-living organizations, caregiving organizations, and other potential workforce partners.
- Connect with owners, administrators, executives, HR leaders, training leaders, and other decision-makers.
- Start conversations through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, community relationships, and appropriate in-person outreach.
- Ask questions and understand what the organization actually needs.
- Introduce the appropriate PrimeSpan opportunity when there is a potential fit.
- Explain approved program information, pricing, and next steps.
- Follow up with interested organizations.
- Help move qualified opportunities toward enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects and progress.
- Represent PrimeSpan professionally and ethically.
This is not a direct-care caregiver position. You will not provide personal care, medical services, or clinical services to PrimeSpan clients.

Caregivers and aging-services professionals interested in expanding beyond direct-care work into community relationships and business development are encouraged to apply.
Experienced and semi-retired professionals with strong community relationships are also encouraged to apply.
