INTRODUCTION
SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States, replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin. We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50. We have also been named a 2026 FICO Industry Vanguard Decision Award Winner. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity. SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.

- Navigate complex organizations and align stakeholders across operational, technical, and executive teams
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive successful customer outcomes
- Stay current on evolving fraud trends, customer acquisition challenges, regulatory developments, and identity-related risks impacting energy providers

Tips for Your Remote Gtm Manager Job Search
Quantify your launch impact precisely
Hiring managers for gtm manager roles want to see pipeline generated, deal velocity improved, or time-to-revenue shortened. Pull exact numbers from CRM reports or launch retrospectives and tie them to your specific contributions, not your team's aggregate results.
Tailor your resume to the GTM motion
PLG companies, sales-led organizations, and channel-partner businesses each use different GTM motions. Read the job posting carefully and mirror the motion they describe. A resume optimized for sales-led outbound will read as a mismatch at a product-led growth company.
Apply early to roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists gtm manager openings from across the United States in one place, so you can find roles that match and apply directly to each listing.
Filter for the right company stage
Your experience at a Series B startup will read differently than at a public enterprise. When targeting openings, prioritize roles where your company's stage aligns with the employer's, since gtm strategies, team structures, and expectations shift dramatically between early-stage and scaled organizations.
Prepare a structured cross-functional example
GTM interviews almost always probe how you aligned product, sales, and marketing. Come ready with a specific example that names the stakeholders you worked with, the conflict or gap you resolved, and the outcome you drove. Vague team collaboration answers don't land.
Negotiate using comparable scope, not title
GTM manager compensation varies widely by company size and ownership of the function. When negotiating, anchor to the scope of ownership you'll carry, such as number of segments, channels, or product lines, rather than industry averages that don't account for those differences.
Remote Gtm Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a remote gtm manager job?
Target companies that already run distributed teams, since they hire remotely by default and know how to onboard someone they never meet in person. Remote gtm manager employers screen hard for self-direction and clear written communication on top of the core skills, so show evidence you can own work without someone over your shoulder. Apply to the openings above that match your experience.
Which companies hire remote gtm managers?
Remote gtm manager roles are posted by HackerOne, Cobalt, and Syndio and others right now, based on current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Remote-first firms and large companies running distributed teams post the most remote gtm manager roles.
Can you get a remote gtm manager job with no experience?
Yes, but it is harder than an on-site role, because remote work expects you to operate independently from the start. Entry-level remote gtm manager openings do exist, especially at remote-first companies, and a portfolio of real work helps more than a long resume. Applying broadly to the roles that fit improves your odds.
Do you need a degree for remote gtm manager jobs?
Not always. Many employers hire remote gtm managers on demonstrated skills and prior work rather than a specific degree, though some larger companies still prefer one. Showing relevant results matters more than a credential for most remote gtm manager roles.
Which industries hire the most remote gtm managers?
Most remote gtm manager openings sit in Technology & Software, Banking & Financial Services, and Consulting & Professional Services, per current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. These sectors run distributed teams and hire gtm managers remotely most consistently.
