Duties
- Conduct outbound door-to-door canvassing to identify potential clients interested in HVAC upgrades or installations
- Engage homeowners with confident, friendly communication to explain service benefits and answer questions
- Use sales technology tools such as CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) systems like Salesforce to track leads, appointments, and follow-ups
- Apply consultative selling techniques to assess customer needs and recommend tailored HVAC solutions
- Negotiate terms effectively to close deals while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Utilize sales automation technologies and telemarketing strategies to maximize outreach efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, appointments, and sales activities within CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects through warm calling and personalized communication to convert leads into customers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or inside sales environments, preferably within the HVAC or home services industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Experience with sales automation technologies and outbound calling strategies
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect effectively over the phone and in person
