Role Description
The Account Manager for Pharmaceutical Sales (Inside) is a full-time, remote position responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining a deep understanding of product offerings, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The Account Manager will also communicate with clients to understand their needs, negotiate offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction. Account Managers are paid a base salary of $42,000 annually PLUS an UNCAPPED commission and bonus which puts a six-figure income within reach over time.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience working for a secondary pharmaceutical distributor within the last 12 months is a must
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and develop targeted sales strategies
- Strong organizational skills and knowledge of excel required
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets
- Existing relationships with independent pharmacies or chains is a plus
