ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the IT operations team
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify and address issues proactively
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex IT issues
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of IT systems to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

COMPENSATION
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
80,000 to 100,000 USD
