As a Senior Account Manager (Third-Party Vendor Enablement Coordinator) within PNC's Treasury Management Card Product organization. This is a remote position.

The Third-Party Vendor Enablement Coordinator serves as the central liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party payment enablement providers, supporting supplier acceptance and adoption initiatives across commercial card and virtual payment programs. This role is responsible for coordinating supplier enablement campaigns, managing vendor relationships, optimizing supplier matching and onboarding processes, and identifying opportunities to increase supplier participation and payment volume through strategic third-party partnerships. The position works closely with Commercial Card Clients, Account Managers, Client Solution Officers, retention specialists, suppliers, and external enablement partners to drive program growth and maximize value for customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Third-Party Vendor Management

• Serve as the primary day-to day point of contact for all Third-Party Provider (3PP) communications, meetings, and ongoing relationship management.
• Coordinate activities between internal stakeholders and third-party enablement partners to ensure effective execution of supplier enablement strategies.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert and advocate for 3PP programs, capabilities, and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain third-party provider network inventories, oversee network updates, and manage supplier matching processes to maximize supplier optimization opportunities.

Supplier Enablement & Campaign Coordination

• Manage supplier file submissions to third-party providers and ensure timely delivery of supplier data for campaign execution.
• Coordinate strategic supplier enablement initiatives targeting high-value suppliers, including suppliers generating significant annual spend, in partnership with providers such as Visa, Boost, and other enablement partners.
• Partner with Account Managers and Client Solution Officers to identify opportunities for supplier onboarding, activation, and payment acceptance growth.
• Support supplier retention efforts by partnering with retention specialists to manage supplier opt-out requests and identify opportunities to preserve and expand virtual card spend.

Analytics, Reporting & Performance Management

• Consolidate, analyze, and distribute weekly campaign status reports, supplier enablement metrics, and performance updates.
• Evaluate current and historical supplier enablement campaigns to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for increased third-party provider engagement.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve supplier adoption, activation, and spend performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and process tracking to support ongoing program management and executive visibility.

Strategic Growth & Optimization

• Identify opportunities to increase supplier participation and maximize value from third-party enablement partnerships.
• Support pricing discussions, vendor evaluations, and business case analysis to ensure the most effective third-party solution is selected for both customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies that improve supplier acceptance rates, payment volume growth, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with implementation of new enablement technologies, supplier engagement strategies, and process improvements designed to expand program reach and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial card, treasury management, accounts payable automation, supplier enablement, vendor management, or payment solutions.
• Knowledge of supplier enablement programs, virtual card solutions, and third-party payment networks.
• Strong project coordination and relationship management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance, supplier data, and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, reporting tools, and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Job Description

• Serves as the clients' point of contact for all matters, to build and maintain a long-lasting relationship. Monitors client contract for compliance and participates in the negotiations of base contract and contract modifications. Manages processes outlined in the contract and resolves challenges/issues. Handles higher volume, higher visiblity and more complex clients.
• Serves as a main point of contact for client matters. Identifies and develops new servicing opportunities with existing clients to build and maintain a long-lasting relationship. This includes leveraging industry and PNC knowledge to inform customers of appropriate products/services, rates, and other opportunities. Serves as an escalation point and training resource to junior staff.
• Actively participates in negotiating servicing agreements and servicing fees for existing clients if contract modifications are needed. Works directly with in-house counsel and clients on contract negotiations, including the review of the servicing agreements to ensure contract terms meet servicing guidelines.
• Analyzes, assesses and documents client requirements. Forecasts and tracks key account metrics. Proactively identifies customization needs, and works with service partners to decision/implement.
• Independently manages processes outlined in the contract and independently partners to resolves challenges regarding implementation and production issues. Serves as an escalation point for high severity requests or issues. Identifies the best solution to maintain a positive client relationship.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $70,000.00 – $156,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
