The Department of Occupational Therapy seeks to hire a Sponsor Funded Professional - Research Coordinator II (Part-Time).
Please note: This is a part-time position (up to 12 hours per week), and continued employment is contingent upon grant funding.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides general administrative support, including managing email correspondence, tracking requests, and maintaining organized records and documentation.
- Coordinates logistics for guest speakers, advisory council members, and program events, including scheduling, contracts, and communication.
- Drafts, updates, and manages contracts and communications with guest speakers and external partners.
- Serves as the primary liaison between students and their paired interviewees to ensure smooth communication and program completion.
- Coordinates with the Program Director to manage student stipends and document other student expenses.
- Orders and tracks program supplies and training-related expenses.
- Plans and coordinates the annual cohort graduation ceremony, including logistics, scheduling, and event materials.
- Orders supplies and other training-related expenses.
- Assists with research and training activities oriented toward early intervention services for infants and toddlers.
- Performs library research.
- Assists with writing scientific research papers.
- Conducts interviews and surveys.
- Analyzes scientific and program data to support evaluation and reporting efforts.
- Compiles, manages, and inputs program data for annual reports and other required documentation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree in the assigned research area; or a combination of education and related experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in early intervention services for infants and toddlers.
- Knowledge of research methods and procedures.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
