Research Jobs in Irving: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a research job in Irving?
The strongest path into Irving's research market is targeting its dominant sectors: corporate analytics at the large financial and telecommunications headquarters in Las Colinas, clinical and life sciences research tied to the medical facilities near the Irving-Coppell corridor, and technology research at the multinational firms based in Cypress Waters. Candidates who demonstrate hands-on data analysis experience, familiarity with industry-specific methodologies, and prior work with corporate or institutional research teams have a clear edge in this market.
Which companies hire researchs in Irving?
Irving research roles are posted by Medpace, Amadeus, and ALS Global and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Irving's employer mix skews toward large corporate headquarters and regional operations centers, meaning many research openings sit within enterprise analytics, market intelligence, or product research functions rather than standalone research institutions.
Are there remote research jobs in Irving?
Yes, though it depends heavily on the type of research work: analytical, market, and policy research roles are commonly remote, while laboratory, clinical, or on-site observational roles are not. About 25% of research openings tied to Irving are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting the strong presence of corporate and desk-based research functions in the area. Roles at Las Colinas headquarters tend to offer the most hybrid flexibility.
How can I get a research job in Irving with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point in Irving is targeting research coordinator or research analyst assistant roles at the corporate headquarters concentrated in Las Colinas and Cypress Waters, where companies regularly bring on early-career candidates to support larger research teams. Internship programs at Irving-based financial services firms and technology companies are another strong on-ramp. Candidates who can demonstrate proficiency in data tools, survey platforms, or secondary research methods stand out against other entry-level applicants in this market.
