Who's Hiring

Restaurant Jobs in Scottsdale: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a restaurant job in Scottsdale?
Focus your search on the resort corridor along North Scottsdale, Old Town, and the Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter districts, where upscale dining, hotel food and beverage operations, and high-volume casual concepts cluster. Candidates with fine dining experience, wine or cocktail knowledge, or resort hospitality backgrounds stand out here. Applying directly through operator websites and showing up in person during off-peak hours gives you a real edge in this market.
Which companies hire restaurants in Scottsdale?
Employers hiring restaurants in Scottsdale right now include Tommy Bahama, KFC, and Denny's, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Scottsdale's hiring landscape is anchored by luxury resort groups, independent upscale operators, and growing fast-casual chains targeting the area's high-traffic tourism and residential corridors.
Are there remote restaurant jobs in Scottsdale?
Yes, though they are rare since most restaurant roles are hands-on and require an on-site presence. About 0% of restaurant openings tied to Scottsdale are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, concentrated in corporate or regional support functions. In Scottsdale specifically, the most remote-accessible restaurant positions tend to be in catering sales coordination, marketing, and multi-unit management roles tied to the area's resort and hospitality groups.
How can I get a restaurant job in Scottsdale with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Scottsdale is through high-volume casual dining and resort food and beverage departments, which regularly hire for host, busser, food runner, and barback roles with no prior experience required. Scottsdale's resort properties, including large hotel operators along the North Scottsdale corridor, often run structured onboarding programs that move entry-level hires into server or bartender roles within a season. Availability on weekends and during peak winter tourism months is the single biggest advantage for first-time applicants.
