WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead daily restaurant operations with confidence, ensuring a polished and seamless guest experience that reflects the theatrical, high-touch style of Wolf by Vanderpump.
- Inspire, coach, and develop your team—cultivating an atmosphere of creativity, empowerment, and hospitality excellence.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests, elevating service, and anticipating needs before they arise.
- Oversee staff scheduling, labor management, and pre-shift communication to ensure efficient and consistent execution.
- Uphold HCW and brand standards with a detail-driven approach to cleanliness, atmosphere, and service presentation.
- Collaborate with culinary and bar leadership to support menu rollouts, seasonal updates, and brand-forward experiential offerings.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support financial performance and minimize waste.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, modeling the poise and professionalism expected of the leadership team.
- Partner with marketing and operations to support promotions, events, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel and restaurant.
