As our Hotel Administrator - Office Manager, you'll be the person who helps bring structure and consistency to the hotel's daily operations. You'll stay connected with departments throughout the property, helping managers stay organized, supporting team members through onboarding and administrative processes, and ensuring important information is where it needs to be. You'll jump between reviewing documentation, answering questions, coordinating schedules, and keeping accounting and payroll-related tasks moving forward. When details need attention or a department needs support, you'll step in with solutions and a positive attitude. Your ability to balance multiple priorities will help create a workplace where teams can focus on providing outstanding guest experiences while knowing the administrative side of the business is in good hands.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hotel administrative, accounting, or office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, strategize, and manage workload
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
- Ability to push and pull up to 40 lbs. and carry up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and grip items when handling files, supplies, and office equipment
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality
