What You'll Do
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to culinary excellence
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation in a polished, professional kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to execute menus with consistency and care
- Adhere to all kitchen policies, food safety, and sanitation standards with the utmost professionalism
- Assist with daily prep, ingredient handling, and deliveries to support smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and management to ensure seamless guest experience
- Support the culinary team during high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a cook in a restaurant
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and professional kitchen practices
- Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to follow instructions while multitasking
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Passion for creating exceptional dishes and delivering an elevated guest experience
