Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily FOH operations and ensure smooth service execution.
- Lead, motivate and manage large front-of-house teams.

- Handle service challenges and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of dining room management experience in an upscale or fine-dining, high-volume restaurant.
- Proven experience leading and managing large teams, including supervisors and service staff.
- Strong ability to hold teams accountable, develop talent and drive performance.
- Confident floor leader with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
