Who's Hiring

Restaurant Manager Jobs in Raleigh: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a restaurant manager job in Raleigh?
Raleigh's strongest hiring comes from full-service independents in the downtown core and North Hills, fast-casual groups expanding along the Glenwood South and North Hills corridors, and hotel food and beverage operations near the convention center. Candidates with proven floor management experience, a record of controlling food and labor costs, and familiarity with high-volume weekend service stand out. ServSafe certification and experience managing hourly staff scheduling give applicants a clear edge in this market.
Which companies hire restaurant managers in Raleigh?
Companies currently hiring restaurant managers in Raleigh include Dunkin', Cook Out Restaurants, and Pei Wei Asian Kitchen, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. The local market blends regional multi-unit operators, nationally recognized casual dining groups, and independent concepts that are part of Raleigh's growing culinary scene.
Are there remote restaurant manager jobs in Raleigh?
Yes, but they are rare, since restaurant management is fundamentally an on-site, hands-on role. About 0% of restaurant manager openings tied to Raleigh are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, and those tend to be corporate-level or multi-unit district roles with administrative and analytical components rather than floor supervision positions.
How can I get a restaurant manager job in Raleigh with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Raleigh is to move into a shift supervisor or assistant manager role at one of the city's many fast-casual or quick-service locations, which hire and promote at a faster pace than fine dining. Raleigh's food hall operators and high-volume sports bar concepts also promote internally. Completing a food handler certification and demonstrating reliability in hourly roles are the steps most local employers cite before extending a management offer.
