We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Team Member to join the Project LeanNation (PLN) team in Meadowbrook!
As a Sales Team Member, you’ll help customers find the right meal plans for their goals, serve protein shakes with energy, and support new customer sign-ups through both in-store conversations and local pop-up events.
If you’re passionate about wellness, love connecting with people, and want to gain valuable sales experience—we’d love to meet you.
In this role, you’ll:
● Welcome walk-in customers and engage in consultative sales conversations (full training
provided)
● Assist customers with selecting meal plans that support their health goals
● Mix and serve our signature protein shakes and snacks
● Represent PLN at local pop-up events
● Support promotional efforts by sharing current deals and guiding customers through
order forms
● Use our point-of-sale system to complete transactions
● Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked for daily operations
● Earn membership spiff bonus and tips
What we’re looking for:
● Outgoing, people-first attitude
● Interest in health, nutrition, or fitness (no prior experience needed—we’ll teach you!)
● Willingness to learn and communicate confidently about our products and mission
● Availability for a mix of weekday shifts and weekends
● Strong time management and attention to detail
