Job Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma / Graduate preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate with Tamil, or Telugu-speaking customers is preferred but not mandatory.

Relevant Experience

• 1–3 years in retail sales (jewellery / luxury / apparel preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong service orientation.

Key Accountabilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their needs and preferences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

• Deliver a personalized and high-quality customer experience.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Retail Operations Support

• Support daily store operations, including billing, display, and inventory checks.
• Ensure merchandise is well-presented and aligned with brand standards.
• Follow store policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Product Knowledge & Learning

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewellery collections, pricing, and promotions.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product and sales skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
