This isn't just a cashier position—our Lead Associates are trusted to operate the store independently, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming shopping experience for visitors from around the world.

What You'll Do
- Open and close the store independently
- Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle cash and credit transactions
- Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked sales floor
- Restock merchandise and create attractive displays
- Answer customer questions and make thoughtful product recommendations
- Help ensure the store is secure and operating smoothly throughout each shift
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable and consistently on time
- Friendly, personable, and enjoys talking with people
- Comfortable working independently
- Detail-oriented and trustworthy
- Able to think on their feet and solve problems without constant supervision
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
