What You'll Do
- Prepare the store and team for a strong opening each day, with a focus on exceptional guest service from the moment the doors open
- Oversee closing procedures, including accurate sales reporting and proper cash wrap handling
- Maintain a consistent schedule for timely deposits and ensure all financial transactions are handled securely and in accordance with company policy
- Cover shifts as needed when team members are unavailable, ensuring uninterrupted service and smooth operations
- Coach, rally, and support the team to create a positive, motivated environment that drives performance
