People Leadership
- Coach and support Site Managers to build strong, engaged teams.

- Help maintain a positive, safe, and productive work environment across all locations.
Customer Experience

Equipment & Maintenance Support
- Monitor daily equipment performance and partner with maintenance teams to schedule repairs.
- Help coordinate preventative maintenance and follow‑up on work orders.
- Ensure Site Managers complete required equipment checks and communicate issues promptly.
Performance Support & Reporting
- Review location‑level KPIs with Site Managers and help build action plans for improvement.
- Share performance updates with the Market Director, including risks and opportunities.
- Support initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and team performance across the area.
Decision Making
- Owns: Daily operational decisions across assigned locations; scheduling support; coaching and development actions.
