LOCATION/WORK TYPE
Location/Work Type: On-site at our Nashville Regional Office: 2525 Perimeter Place Drive, Suite 110, Nashville, TN 37214. (Up to 50% local travel for networking events, site walks, and client presentations—no standard overnight travel required).
SCHEDULE
Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hours may vary based on business and networking events).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Requirements/Qualifications: Valid Driver's License, professional phone presence, strong computer literacy (Google/MS Office), and a resilient, goal-oriented mindset.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The Grit to Grow: Tenacity to handle rejection, stay persuasive, and remain intensely goal-oriented.
Communication Excellence: Stellar phone presence and charismatic presentation skills to command a room or a digital call.
Experience Catalyst: Previous experience in route sales, outbound call centers, or inside sales is highly preferred, but a hungry, coachable attitude is mandatory.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with standard productivity tools; CRM software experience (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Pardot) is a massive plus.
* Mobility: Must have a valid Driver's License to travel locally up to 50% for face-to-face client engagements.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the engine driving our local growth across B2B janitorial, maintenance, and specialty service lines. This role blends tactical outreach with consultative relationship building:
- Act as a proactive Business Development Representative by researching, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads throughout the Nashville region.
- Conduct outbound phone campaigns and digital outreach to identify key decision-makers and drive prospects through our pipeline.
- Secure and conduct in-person sales appointments, market networking events, and prospective client site walks to pitch customized facilities solutions.
- Partner closely with Regional AVPs and Account Directors to assist in upselling existing accounts and executing contract closures.
