INTRODUCTION
We’re looking for a driven, resourceful Agent Growth & Marketing Coordinator who loves helping people grow and knows how to turn ideas into action. This is not a traditional administrative or marketing role. You’ll work at the intersection of recruiting, marketing, and agent business growth —helping us attract talented real estate professionals while also providing practical, hands-on marketing support to agents within our organization.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting & Growth:
- Identify and connect with newly licensed and emerging real estate agents.
- Prospect and build relationships with agents in our market.
- Follow up with recruiting leads and appointments.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and help move recruiting prospects through the pipeline.
Agent Marketing Support:
You’ll also help operate our Marketing Bar —a resource designed to help agents actually implement marketing in their businesses. This may include:
- Creating flyers, newsletters, mailers, and marketing materials.
- Developing monthly market updates and reusable marketing content.
- Helping agents optimize websites and online presence.
- Creating social media starter kits.
- Helping agents set up scheduling links and simple marketing systems.
- Assisting agents with database and technology setup.
- Helping agents turn marketing ideas into finished, usable assets.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
You’ll probably love this position if you are:
- A self-starter who doesn’t need someone constantly telling you what to do next.
- Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations.
- Creative, but also highly execution-oriented.
- Comfortable learning new technology, and marketing platforms.
- Organized enough to manage multiple projects and follow-ups at once.
- Someone who enjoys helping other people solve problems.
- Willing to figure things out when you don’t immediately know the answer.
- Energized by a fast-moving environment where new ideas are constantly being tested.
Experience in real estate is helpful, but resourcefulness, initiative, communication skills, and the ability to execute are more important.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means two things: We are consistently creating new relationships with agents in our market—and the agents already with us are getting tangible help growing their businesses. We want someone who sees an opportunity, takes ownership of it, and makes it happen.

Growth Jobs in Tennessee: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a growth in Tennessee?
Growth roles in Tennessee do not require a state-issued license or board registration. Most employers expect a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in experimentation, funnel optimization, or data analysis. Building a portfolio of measurable outcomes, such as documented lift in activation or conversion rates, is one of the strongest differentiators when applying to Tennessee employers.
Which companies hire growths in Tennessee?
Companies currently hiring growths in Tennessee include Domino's, Pushpay, and Deloitte, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Tennessee's concentration of healthcare technology companies in Nashville and consumer-facing brands headquartered in the state means growth talent is in consistent demand across both B2B and B2C environments.
Which Tennessee cities have the most growth jobs?
Nashville, Memphis, and Knoxville account for the largest share of growth openings in Tennessee. Nashville dominates because it is the headquarters base for major healthcare, technology, and consumer brand employers, while Memphis draws openings tied to logistics, financial services, and regional operations, and Knoxville reflects growth hiring in healthcare systems and manufacturing-adjacent technology companies.
Are there remote growth jobs in Tennessee?
Yes, and more than most fields. Growth is an analytically and strategically driven role that translates well to distributed teams. About 69% of growth openings tied to Tennessee are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how broadly the function has shifted away from requiring daily in-office presence. Roles focused on data analysis, experimentation, and lifecycle marketing tend to be the most remote-friendly.
How can I get hired as a growth in Tennessee with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through an associate or junior growth analyst role at a mid-size Tennessee technology or healthcare company, where structured mentorship is more common than at large enterprises. Companies like HCA Healthcare and Asurion run rotational and new-grad programs in Nashville that include growth and analytics functions. Candidates moving from adjacent roles in digital marketing, data analysis, or product operations are regularly considered, and earning a certification in SQL, Google Analytics, or A/B testing tools meaningfully strengthens an early-career application in Tennessee's market.
Where can I find and apply to growth jobs in Tennessee?
You can find and apply to growth jobs in Tennessee on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings tied to the state. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience level and location preference, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
