Responsibilities
The Rheumatologist will:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions
- Manage chronic and complex rheumatologic diseases
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on current clinical guidelines
- Perform appropriate in-office procedures and joint injections
- Monitor biologic and immunosuppressive therapies
- Collaborate with primary care physicians and other specialists
- Provide patient education regarding disease management and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and practice development initiatives
