Which companies hire sales development representatives in Charlotte?
Charlotte sales development representative roles are posted by Townsquare Interactive, Jack Henry & Associates, and isolved and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. About 62% of sales development representative openings tied to Charlotte are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with outbound prospecting and email-heavy sequences being the tasks most commonly performed off-site.
How can I get a sales development representative job in Charlotte with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Charlotte is applying to inside sales associate or business development coordinator roles at the city's mid-size SaaS and fintech firms, which typically hire based on communication skills and coachability rather than a long resume. Charlotte-area employers such as regional insurance carriers and healthcare IT vendors often run structured SDR training programs. Building proficiency in a CRM tool before applying gives entry-level candidates a concrete edge.
