How do I get an entry level sales enablement specialist job?
Start by building hands-on experience through internships, student organizations, or freelance projects that touch content creation, sales training, or CRM tools like Salesforce. Employers at this level look for candidates who understand the sales cycle, can produce clear training materials, and are comfortable with data. A portfolio showing even one enablement project, such as an onboarding deck or a sales playbook, gives you a concrete edge over candidates with only coursework.
Which companies hire entry level sales enablement specialists?

At this level, hiring tends to come from fast-growing SaaS companies, staffing firms, and enterprise technology organizations building out their revenue enablement functions.
Are there remote entry level sales enablement specialist jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and team structure. About 40% of entry level sales enablement specialist openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, making this one of the more flexible roles for new grads who are not tied to a specific city. A new grad posting typically welcomes candidates with zero to two years of experience and accepts internships, capstone projects, or a content portfolio in place of full-time work history.
