The Opportunity
This is a high-earning, pure commission sales role for someone who thrives on autonomy, building relationships, and closing high-ticket custom projects (typical project values range from $8,000–$50,000+). You’ll help homeowners turn their outdoor dreams into reality while enjoying uncapped earning potential based on your performance.
We provide qualified company leads and proven marketing materials, while expecting you to generate additional self-generated opportunities through networking, referrals, and follow-up.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners (in-home consultations and on-site visits) to understand their needs and design custom solutions for patios, decks, pergolas, and full outdoor living spaces.
- Present proposals, 3D renderings, and options using our sales tools and marketing materials.
- Close sales and manage the customer journey from initial consultation through handoff to our installation team.
- Follow up on quotes, nurture leads, and build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Use company-provided leads daily while proactively generating your own through networking, past clients, realtors, and local marketing.
- Stay knowledgeable about our products, design trends, and North Alabama building requirements.
- Track activity and pipeline in our CRM system.

Requirements
