We believe in rewarding hardworking individuals who help grow our office. This position offers hourly pay plus a lucrative commission structure, with significant income potential based on sales performance.
What you’ll do
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, referrals, and community relationships.
- Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and ask for the business.
- Help customers understand their insurance needs and coverage options once properly licensed.
- Identify opportunities to help existing customers with additional insurance needs.
- Maintain accurate records and work consistently toward sales goals.

Licensing requirements

You do not need to hold these licenses when applying, but you must be willing and able to obtain both within a short timeframe after hire. Required licenses must be obtained before performing any duties that require them.
