The Kronenberger Agency, an independent agency affiliated with State Farm, is seeking a motivated and professional Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. Position Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based conversations to help clients identify appropriate coverage options
• Quote, bind, and service auto, home, and life insurance policies
• Manage inbound and outbound leads with organized follow-up and pipeline discipline
• Generate referrals and client reviews as part of a structured customer engagement process
• Maintain accurate client records and provide responsive, professional service

Qualifications

• Coachable, goal-oriented, and performance-driven mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort engaging clients in consultative sales conversations
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
• Active insurance license or willingness to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe
• Property & Casualty Insurance Licensed
