INTRODUCTION
Join MSCI's General Partners Product team, within the Private Assets division, and help build two of the five capabilities powering MSCI's Private Wealth Solutions for GPs — an ecosystem spanning the value chain that private equity, private credit, and secondaries GPs need to manage to fundraise in the private wealth market. As Vice President of Product Management, GP Sales Enablement & Daily Pricing, you will own the roadmap and execution for two of the five capabilities:
- GP Sales Enablement: tools that help GPs position private assets within wealth clients' total portfolios, so GP sales teams can make the case for an allocation and win it.
- Daily Pricing Service: an independent daily portfolio pricing capability that bridges the gap between lagged monthly or quarterly NAV marks, giving wealth clients and their advisors a more current view of private asset value.
You'll report to the Head of GP Solutions and Head of Private Equity, and work closely with the broader GP Wealth Solutions team, with the overall five-capability roadmap owned by a peer leader.
This role carries direct, ongoing client interaction with private equity, private credit, and secondaries GPs as they build out their wealth distribution strategy. Both capabilities are still early in development, giving this role real latitude to define product direction, in partnership with client coverage, research, and engineering.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
GP Sales Enablement
- Own the product vision and roadmap for tools that help GPs position private assets within wealth clients' total portfolios to win allocations.
- Lead product discovery directly with GPs and wealth distribution partners, working closely with client coverage to define sales enablement requirements.
- Design and prioritize sales enablement tools — allocation illustrations, portfolio fit analysis, positioning materials — in partnership with UX and engineering.
- Coordinate with the ecosystem roadmap owner and other capability leads so sales enablement tools connect coherently with pricing, portfolio management, and benchmarking.
Daily Pricing Service
- Own the product vision and roadmap for an independent daily pricing service that bridges lagged monthly/quarterly marks across private equity, private credit, and secondaries portfolios.
- Partner with MSCI's in-house valuation research team, who own pricing methodology, translating their models into product and technical specifications.
- Define the technical architecture for pricing delivery — data pipelines, API feeds, governance and audit trails — in partnership with engineering.
- Establish model governance suitable for client and audit scrutiny.
Cross-Cutting
- Engage directly with GPs and wealth distribution partners across private equity, private credit, and secondaries.
- Work closely with the ecosystem roadmap owner and broader GP Wealth Solutions team to keep both capabilities integrated with the wider platform.
- Partner regularly with client coverage, research, and engineering — this role sits at the intersection of all three.
- Drive iterative development with engineering across both product areas, making sequencing and build-vs-buy calls together with the team.
- Partner with sales and marketing on go-to-market positioning, highlighting pricing independence, accuracy, and sales-enablement value as differentiators.
- Monitor adoption and client feedback across both capabilities, and use what you learn to refine the roadmap.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL HELP YOU EXCEL
What you'll likely bring:
- Experience in product management for data-intensive or analytics platforms, with a track record of shipping technical products through close engineering partnership.
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage product-building.
- A collaborative working style — you build well with cross-functional partners (coverage, research, engineering, other product owners).
- Comfort engaging directly with clients, including senior stakeholders at private equity, private credit, and secondaries firms.
An advantage, though not required:
- Familiarity with private equity, private credit, secondaries, or private markets valuation/NAV concepts — you'll partner closely with in-house research either way.
- Familiarity with the wealth channel and how distribution teams evaluate private market allocations.
- Experience with data architecture, pipelines, or governance for high-frequency data products.

Senior Level Sales Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a senior level sales job?
Senior level sales employers look for candidates who have owned a quota, managed key accounts, or led a sales team to measurable results. A strong pipeline of closed deals, experience navigating complex sales cycles, and the ability to coach or mentor others all give you an edge at this stage. Tailoring your application to show strategic impact, not just activity, is what separates senior candidates from mid-level ones.
Which companies hire senior level saless?
Companies hiring senior level saless right now include Google, MSCI, and Sika, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Hiring at this level covers large enterprise organizations with dedicated sales leadership pipelines as well as growth-stage companies that need experienced closers to build and scale their revenue function.
Are there remote senior level sales jobs?
Yes, and the share is substantial. About 25% of senior level sales openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how many organizations have shifted to distributed sales teams. Remote senior roles still expect the same ownership and accountability as in-person positions, so be ready to demonstrate how you manage pipelines and relationships outside of a central office.
What makes a sales role senior level?
A senior level sales role goes beyond hitting a personal quota. These positions involve owning a territory or segment, setting sales strategy, influencing forecasting, and often mentoring or managing less experienced reps. Senior candidates are expected to operate with minimal oversight, engage directly with executive stakeholders, and bring a structured, repeatable approach to the entire sales cycle.
Which industries hire the most senior level saless?
Senior Level sales roles concentrate in Staffing & Recruiting, Chemicals & Materials, and Technology & Software, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. These sectors tend to have complex, high-value sales cycles that require experienced professionals who can manage long-term client relationships, navigate multiple decision-makers, and consistently close enterprise or commercial deals.
