Outside Sales & Marketing Representative
Company: Western Disaster Clean Up
Location: Salt Lake City, UT and surrounding territory
Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base salary + commission / uncapped commission
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales & Marketing Representative to grow our business across Utah. You'll spend your time in the field, building partnerships with insurance agencies, property management companies, and plumbing referral sources, and turning those relationships into steady, repeat business.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, call on, and build lasting relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and claims offices
- Meet with property managers, HOAs, and commercial property owners to present our services and become their preferred vendor
- Develop referral partnerships with plumbers, plumbing contractors, and related trades, including commercial and multi-unit accounts
- Deliver in-person presentations and lunch-and-learns
- Manage your pipeline in our CRM and consistently hit monthly activity and revenue goals
- Represent the brand at networking events, trade shows, and community functions
- Track competitor activity and market trends and share what you learn
What We're Looking For
Required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Hands-on experience selling to or working within the insurance industry
- Experience working with property managers or the property management industry
- Experience in plumbing sales, services, or contractor relationships
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Self-starter who is comfortable cold-calling and walking into offices
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred
- Existing book of business or established relationships in our market
- Experience with insurance claims or preferred vendor programs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
