ABOUT US
We are a privately funded, family-oriented group of locally owned home improvement companies serving residential homeowners across the country. Our portfolio includes windows/siding/doors/roofs, luxury pergolas, and residential painting, all built on the same foundation: high-character people, proven systems, and a performance culture that rewards closers.
THE ROLE - StruXure Utah
This is an outside sales, commission-based position (exempt) across all locations. As an Outside Sales Representative & Design Consultant, you'll run in-home consultations with residential homeowners, present tailored solutions, and close, on the same visit.
We set you up to succeed with company-generated leads––no lead generation or door-knocking required! Every new hire completes a paid training program before stepping into the field. You'll learn a proven in-home sales methodology. We start our new team members on a rolling monthly basis with training starting the second Monday of each month.
Every one of our companies is in an active growth phase. The person who joins now has a real opportunity to make an early impact, and to be rewarded for it.
Candidates for this role must be located in the Salt Lake City, UT area
WHAT YOU EARN
- On-target earnings of $100,000–$200,000 annually, earned through commission on closed sales. This is a commission-only position with no cap on earnings. The stated range represents a good faith estimate of what a consistently performing employee can expect to earn in this role, based on average job sizes and typical sales activity. Individual results will vary based on performance and volume.
- No earning cap, your effort sets the ceiling.
- Paid training from day one.
Consistent performers build strong, predictable income, often within the first 60 days.
WHO THRIVES HERE
We're not looking for order-takers, we're looking for self-motivated, high-achieving closers who understand that performance-based income is an opportunity, not a limitation.
Specifically:
- Closers: You run the full process, consult, present, close, and you take ownership of every outcome.
- High achievers: You've always outperformed your peers and you want a place where that actually pays off.
- Self-starters: You own your schedule, your pipeline, and your results. No one has to push you.
- Coachable: We teach a specific system. It works when you follow it.
- Character-driven: You represent this company in people's homes. How you show up matters as much as what you sell.
No prior sales or home improvement experience required. We're looking for drive, resilience, and a genuine belief that your income should reflect your effort.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Healthcare reimbursement
- Mileage reimbursement
- Paid training program
- Flexible schedule
- Outside sales exempt classification
- A culture that invests in your growth

Sales Representative Jobs in Utah: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales representative in Utah?
Most sales representative roles in Utah require no state-issued license, but insurance sales representatives must hold an active Utah Insurance Producer License issued by the Utah Insurance Department, which requires passing a state exam and completing pre-licensing education. For other industries, employers typically look for a bachelor's degree and a demonstrated history of hitting targets. Starting in an inside sales or sales development role is the most common path into the field.
Which companies hire sales representatives in Utah?
Employers hiring sales representatives in Utah right now include Canyon Creek Financial, Connectivity Source |T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, and MarketStar, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Utah's concentration of technology companies along the Wasatch Front, combined with a large medical device and financial services sector, means hiring is consistent across multiple industries year-round.
Which Utah cities have the most sales representative jobs?
Salt Lake City, Saint George, and Utah have the most sales representative openings in Utah. Salt Lake City drives the largest share thanks to its headquarters-dense tech and financial services corridor, while Provo benefits from the high concentration of software and consumer technology companies in Silicon Slopes, and Ogden draws openings from manufacturing, outdoor products, and regional distribution operations.
Are there remote sales representative jobs in Utah?
Yes, and more than many fields. About 36% of sales representative openings tied to Utah are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the growth of software and SaaS companies along the Wasatch Front that sell nationally from Utah-based teams. Inside sales and account management roles are most commonly remote, while territory and field sales positions typically require in-person client visits.
How can I get hired as a sales representative in Utah with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a sales development representative or inside sales role, where Utah's technology companies routinely hire candidates without prior experience. Companies in Silicon Slopes such as software and SaaS firms run structured SDR programs specifically designed for recent graduates from institutions like the University of Utah and Brigham Young University. A completed internship, a Utah Insurance Producer License for those entering insurance sales, or demonstrated success in customer-facing retail or service work can give a candidate a meaningful edge in the applicant pool.
Where can I find and apply to sales representative jobs in Utah?
You can find and apply to sales representative jobs in Utah on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from employers actively hiring in the state. Find roles that fit your experience and location and apply directly through the listings.
