2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Starlink, are now hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists!
Pay: $18/hr. base pay
Bonus: Up to $4/hr. performance bonus
Total: Up to $22/hr. earning potential
Schedule: 16-20 hours per week - Friday to Sunday availability required
Dates: 7/27/26 - 11/01/26
About the Role:
In this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Starlink residential and mobile internet products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the subject matter expert for customers seeking information on Starlink’s services, ensuring they have an interactive and informative shopping experience. Building relationships within a retail environment and having a technology-first mindset are key as you explain the benefits of Starlink satellite internet. Our team fully provides all technology training.

Job Description:
- Engage Customers and Demonstrate: Showcase the latest Starlink services and help customers see how they can enhance their internet needs
- Build Trust and Drive Sales: Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the perfect Starlink service by being the subject matter expert
- Be a Brand Ally: Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff
- Hit Your Goals: Meet or exceed your sales targets and contribute to the team's success
- Be a Team Player: Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
- Tech Savvy and Organized: Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically. Submit daily reports with ease using your mobile device
- Consistent Weekend Schedule: The schedule is primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
- Foster positive partner Field and Store relationships: Adapting to local retail store environments, respecting established hierarchies, and adhering to all operational policies while representing 2020 companies and Starlink
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred
- The ability to engage, demonstrate, and engage customers in the sales process is necessary
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations are crucial
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Availability to work weekends
- Own a smartphone with the current Apple iOS software or current Android software
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits
