SUMMARY

Responsible for the analysis, development, maintenance, and support of e-commerce software programs to ensure the business community's needs are addressed. Collaborates closely with vendors and trading partners to ensure secure and effective e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

- Analyze and develop e-commerce software programs to meet business requirements.
- Maintain and support existing e-commerce solutions to ensure continuity and efficiency.
- Create and manage trading partner profiles and map transactions for seamless integration.
- Establish and test secure communication links with trading partners, ensuring data security and integrity.
- Identify and document programming requirements for new transactions and related processes.
- Assist in developing and documenting e-commerce policies and procedures.
- Work on multiple projects, contributing as a team member and leading moderate complexity projects.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior technical staff as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in software development, installation, and maintenance, as well as web/internet and database applications or data warehousing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in programming and transaction mapping.
- Experience in working with vendors and trading partners in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, demonstrating effective time management skills.
