Job Description
To provide leadership to fixed asset accounting, maintain accuracy of the Banner fixed asset module, prepare and/or review journal entries, reports and working papers for fixed assets. Compile, prepare and analyze complex financial data and reconciliations of fixed assets, Equipment Trust Funds, inventory, leases, SBITAs and aggregate assets. Provide support to the Associate Controller and University Controller.

Demonstrated ability to use a variety of PC based word processing and spreadsheet software such as MS Excel, Word and Access to record, reconcile, monitor and report data. Ability to supervise and provide guidance to professional staff. Demonstrated ability to prepare financial reports and statements. Demonstrated ability to work independently.
