- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase attendance for ticketed sports
- Serve as game presentation manager for select sports
- Create and distribute promotional materials, including posters, flyers and digital content for social media
- Identify opportunities for special events, and manage outreach and associated event planning and promotion of such events
- Create and implement fan engagement initiatives including, but not limited to recreational youth leagues, local businesses, school districts, season ticket holders and other community
organizations within the Upper Valley - Maintain and build relationships with on-campus partners to raise student attendance
- Assist in producing and uploading content for game presentation and fan engagement for videoboards
- Oversees and manages the creation of programming for specific fan engagement initiatives including but not limited to the Kids Zone, courtside seating, birthday parties, etc.
- Utilize social media and email marketing to engage fans and promote events
- Oversees group ticket assets for home varsity contests where applicable
- Manages group ticket operations for home varsity contests, including printing and allocation of tickets, confirmation of payments and completion of waivers when applicable
- Lead the development and execution of group ticket sales strategies and campaigns for all ticketed sports
- Develop tracking and implementation of ideas and strategies to sell tickets and engage fans, sponsors, and other target audiences for ticketed sports
- Take a lead role to develop timely, consistent, collaborative, and comprehensive season-long, integrated, sport-specific plans that outline the strategic and tactical activities surrounding ticket sales, sponsorship implementation, cross promotion, messaging, etc.
- Leads efforts in researching, creating and implementing new revenue generation packages including but not limited to birthday party packages, premium seating, mini-plans, voucher books, family 4-packs, etc.
- Identifies and communicates opportunities for student-athletes to engage with the local community in alignment with core values and strategic priorities
- Strategically plans, tracks, and analyzes community engagement efforts of student-athletes, coaches and staff to maximize effectiveness and protect brand management
- Assists with social media/story telling of community engagement efforts of student-athletes and department staff in coordination with strategic communications
- Manages donation/appearance requests from local community
- Hires, trains, and supervises student workforce where applicable
- Troubleshoots software problems
