Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Participate in service organization control (SOC) assessments for companies in a variety of industries using commonly implemented frameworks which evaluate the strength of business process controls and information technology general controls
- Interact directly with client executives and project managers in the performance of our work
- Work on projects that focus in the technology, financial services, and healthcare industries, with small to medium size companies
- Assist the firm in developing new tools and services related to emerging trends in data privacy and governance
- Manage multiple assignments as part of a dedicated team of consultants
- Engage in training to further your career development
- Assist in preparing proposals and engage in client expansion
The qualifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information Systems or similar discipline required.
- 3-5 years' experience performing and supervising IT Audits, Technology Risk Assessments, or IT internal control risk evaluation and reporting.
- Current certificate or commitment to obtain preferred certifications within 2 years. Preferred certifications include CISA, CIA or CPA.
- Concise professional writing skills to summarize key takeaways and project challenges/deficiencies to project stakeholders.
- Flexible schedule required to be responsive to client requests within total and billable hours goals.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven experience in a professional services or client-facing role.
- Proficiency with audit tools and Microsoft office suite.
- Superior attention to detail and conscientious quality of work product
- Professional demeanor with superior verbal and written communication skills
- Potential travel up to 25%
This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Please review the position description for the applicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries among individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $91,000.00 - $144,000.00
