Members collaborate to maintain optimal network performance, promptly resolve issues, and support business operations. With expertise in network engineering and infrastructure, the team plays a vital role in sustaining connectivity and service quality across multiple locations, contributing to seamless and efficient network operations throughout the organization.

- Monitor network performance using established metrics and tools to ensure adherence to service level objectives.
- Identify, isolate, and resolve network faults promptly following standard recovery procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to support network design and infrastructure improvements.
- Assist in developing and implementing network configurations and changes in alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate with teams to investigate and diagnose incidents, restoring services within defined SLAs.
- Support coding and automation efforts to enhance network monitoring and maintenance processes.
