- Create and optimize SQL queries for audience creation, data management, reporting, and campaign execution.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with enterprise platforms using APIs and data connectors.

- Automation Studio
- Mobile Studio

- CloudPages
- Intelligence Reports and Analytics
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for campaign and data issues.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
- QA every send across devices and clients and own rendering, deliverability, hygiene, and send-time troubleshooting.
- Build reusable templates, code libraries, and documentation that speed up production and reduce errors. Partner with analytics to instrument tracking and support A/B and multivariate testing
