Who We Are
At Anura, we're more than ad fraud detection experts—we're the team behind one of the industry's most trusted fraud prevention platforms.
Founded by husband-and-wife team Beth and Rich Kahn, Anura was built on the belief that every marketing dollar should count. Every day, businesses around the world rely on our technology to stop bots, malware, click fraud, and sophisticated invalid traffic before it wastes their advertising budgets.

Senior Technical Support Specialist Jobs in Delaware: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a senior technical support specialist in Delaware?
The concrete path in Delaware starts with a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a closely related discipline, followed by several years in progressively responsible support or systems roles. Delaware does not require a state-issued license for this position, but employers across Wilmington's financial and pharmaceutical corridors consistently expect ITIL certification and at least one vendor credential. Building experience within Delaware's dominant sectors, fintech, life sciences, and insurance, accelerates advancement to the senior level.
Which companies hire senior technical support specialists in Delaware?
Employers hiring senior technical support specialists in Delaware right now include CVS Health, JPMorganChase, and Telus, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Delaware's concentration of Fortune 500 financial and pharmaceutical headquarters in the Wilmington corridor means a significant share of openings come from large, established corporations with dedicated IT support teams.
Which Delaware cities have the most senior technical support specialist jobs?
Dover, Newark, and Wilmington lead for senior technical support specialist openings in Delaware. Wilmington dominates because it is home to the state's densest cluster of major financial institutions, insurance carriers, and corporate headquarters, while Newark benefits from its proximity to the University of Delaware's research and technology ecosystem, and Dover draws openings from state government agencies and regional healthcare systems.
Are there remote senior technical support specialist jobs in Delaware?
Yes, and more than many technical roles, because senior technical support work is heavily desk-based and conducted over remote access tools. About 18% of senior technical support specialist openings tied to Delaware are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting broader IT industry flexibility. The functions most commonly offered remotely are Tier 2 and Tier 3 software troubleshooting, while hardware and infrastructure tasks typically require on-site presence.
How can I get hired as a senior technical support specialist in Delaware with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point is a help desk or IT support analyst role at one of Delaware's large financial institutions or hospital systems, such as Christiana Care or Nemours Children's Health, which regularly bring on entry-level technicians through structured associate programs. Earning a CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation credential before applying gives candidates a measurable edge. From a help desk role, consistent exposure to escalated tickets and cross-team projects builds the demonstrated experience Delaware employers require for promotion to the senior level.
Where can I find and apply to senior technical support specialist jobs in Delaware?
You can find and apply to senior technical support specialist jobs in Delaware on Migrate Mate, which lists current Delaware openings. Search the available roles, find the ones that match your background and preferences, and apply directly to whichever positions fit.
