FIGS is seeking a highly analytical Senior Analyst to serve as the People Team's strategic data partner. This role will drive compensation analysis, equity forecasting, workforce planning, organizational modeling, and people analytics that inform executive decision-making and business strategy.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building complex workforce models, conducting compensation analyses, forecasting headcount needs, and translating data into actionable insights. This role serves as a critical partner to the Chief People Officer and collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy initiatives.
What You'll Do
Compensation
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using Radford and other survey sources. Including maintaining internal benchmarking tracker.
- Support salary structure maintenance and compensation governance.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs on compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and internal movement.
- Support annual compensation planning, including merit, promotion, and incentive cycles.
- Conduct pay equity and pay transparency analyses.
Equity Administration & Forecasting
- Support the administration of equity programs and new hire grants.
- Maintain equity forecasting models and reporting.
- Coordinate equity audits and ensure data accuracy.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting on stock compensation forecasting and planning.
Workforce Planning
- Own the end-to-end forecast of employee costs, including headcount, compensation, benefits, and related expenses, and build scenario analyses to assess the budget impact of workforce decisions
- Support the transition of the People Model into Planful and become a Planful expert
- Manage workforce forecasts, hiring plans, and headcount planning processes.
- Support annual operating planning and quarterly forecast cycles.
- Partner with CPO and Talent Acquisition leadership on workforce planning and hiring demand forecasting.
- Model organizational growth scenarios and workforce investments.
- Partner with Finance to reconcile actuals, forecasts, and headcount plans.
Benefits Administration
- Coordinate day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs.
- Support annual open enrollment activities.
- Manage benefits eligibility audits and vendor file feeds.
- Manage LOA calculations - for compensation and benefits.
- Coordinate COBRA administration and employee benefit changes.
- Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and escalate discrepancies.
- Support employee inquiries and partner with vendors to resolve issues.
- Maintain benefits documentation and employee-facing resources.
People Analytics
- Serve as the People Team's analytics lead.
- Develop executive dashboards and workforce reporting.
- Analyze trends related to hiring, retention, turnover, mobility, engagement, diversity, performance, and organizational health.
- Conduct organizational effectiveness analyses, including spans and layers, manager effectiveness, and workforce productivity metrics.
- Deliver insights and recommendations that inform business and talent decisions.
Compliance & Governance
- Support SOX, compensation governance, 401k Audit, pay transparency compliance, and compensation-related audit activities.
- Maintain documentation and controls related to compensation and equity programs.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of workforce planning and compensation data.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Compensation, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, or a related analytical function.
- Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated experience building complex workforce and financial models.
- Experience with compensation benchmarking and compensation analysis.
- Experience with workforce planning, forecasting, or headcount modeling.
- Experience with Planful or similar planning platforms strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical storytelling and ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
- Experience partnering with Finance and Talent Acquisition leaders preferred
FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $90,000 and $105,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
