About the Role: As a CBRE Total Rewards Sr. Analyst, you will support the compensation systems and tools that Total Rewards run day by day.
This job is a part of the Total Rewards functional area, which focuses on planning, designing, evaluating, and administering employee compensation and benefit programs.

What You'll Do:
Log and track work tickets with product suppliers or support organizations. Provide end users with a detailed explanation of ways to use the systems more efficiently.
Partake in department audits and create reports based on that information.
Create correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end-user training.
Serve as compensation contact to provide advice, direction, and guidance on complex compensation matters.
Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
Apply a broad knowledge of your own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Impact the quality of your own work and the work of others on the team.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex
problems.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate
judgment and precedents.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills, including the ability to calculate complicated figures such as
percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Total Rewards Sr Analyst position is $80K/yr and the maximum salary for the position is $90K/ yr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
