Entry Level Service Coordinator Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level service coordinator job?
Employers hiring at the entry level look for candidates who can demonstrate basic organizational skills, clear written communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Internship experience in a customer-facing or administrative role gives you a real edge. Highlight any volunteer coordination, scheduling work, or client-support experience on your resume, even if it came from a campus job or part-time role.
Which companies hire entry level service coordinators?
Companies hiring entry level service coordinators right now include Hartford HealthCare, Crestwood Behavioral Health, and Qualus, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. At this level, you'll find openings across a wide range of employers, from healthcare networks and social service agencies to logistics firms and property management companies that regularly bring on junior coordinators to support growing teams.
Are there remote entry level service coordinator jobs?
Yes, though most entry level service coordinator roles are on-site or hybrid given the scheduling and client-communication duties involved. About 20% of entry level service coordinator openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, so candidates who need flexibility should filter for those listings specifically and confirm the arrangement before applying.
Are these new grad service coordinator jobs?
Yes, many of these postings are new grad roles that explicitly welcome recent graduates, junior candidates, and applicants with zero to two years of experience. A new-grad-friendly posting typically notes that internships, coursework, or a portfolio of relevant projects can substitute for full-time work history, making them accessible to candidates stepping into their first professional coordination role.
Which industries hire the most entry level service coordinators?
Entry Level service coordinator roles concentrate in Healthcare & Medical Services, Education, and Consulting & Professional Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026.
