What Success Looks Like

• Producing $1,500–$3,000+ in sold work per day
• Consistently delivering a 5-star customer experience
• Performing thorough electrical safety evaluations
• Building trust with homeowners through education, not pressure
• Presenting multiple solutions and helping customers make informed decisions
• Completing high-quality electrical work safely and efficiently
• Taking ownership of the customer experience from start to finish
• Following up on opportunities and driving estimates to close

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshooting residential electrical issues
• Performing electrical safety inspections
• Identifying safety concerns and code deficiencies
• Building and presenting electrical solutions
• Performing service work and installations
• Completing panel replacements and upgrades
• Installing EV chargers and dedicated circuits
• Installing whole-home surge protection
• Performing generator and backup power work
• Maintaining clear communication with homeowners
• Creating estimates and closing opportunities in the home

What We're Looking For

• Residential electrical experience required
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners
• Sales experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable discussing pricing and presenting options
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
