Store opens between 09/21-10/1. New Marco’s Pizza location is coming to Lancaster, PA. We are excited to bring the 5th-largest national pizza chain to the area for the first time and are looking for dependable, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our team.

We are currently hiring:

• Assistant Managers
• Team Members / Insiders
• Delivery Drivers

Team Members / Insiders

Team Members are responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting with food preparation and daily restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing pizzas and menu items according to company standards
• Taking orders in person and over the phone
• Operating the POS system and processing payments accurately
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Handling cash accurately
• Verifying orders for accuracy
• Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assisting with opening, closing, and other restaurant duties

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Delivery Drivers

Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering orders safely, accurately, and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering orders safely and on time
• Providing professional and courteous customer service with a smile
• Verifying orders before leaving the store
• Handling customer payments when applicable
• Following all traffic laws and company safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle
• Assisting with in-store duties between deliveries

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a safe driving record. Previous delivery or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Assistant Managers/Shift leaders

Assistant Managers will support the Store Manager with daily operations while leading and developing the restaurant team.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting team members during shifts
• Maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards
• Training and developing employees
• Assisting with inventory and product management
• Handling customer questions and concerns
• Supporting opening and closing procedures
• Assisting with cash handling and POS operations
• Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are followed
• Helping create a positive and professional work environment

Previous restaurant, retail, customer service, or leadership experience is preferred. Motivated individuals with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $8.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
