Entry Level Site Supervisor Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level site supervisor job?
Focus on construction internships, trade certifications like OSHA 10 or 30, and any hands-on project coordination experience you can document. Employers at this level look for candidates who understand site safety protocols, can read basic schedules, and communicate clearly with crews. A degree in construction management or civil engineering helps, but demonstrated field exposure and a willingness to learn on the job matter just as much.
Which companies hire entry level site supervisors?
Companies hiring entry level site supervisors right now include KBR, TE Connectivity, and Faze Construction, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. At this level, hiring tends to come from regional general contractors, national construction and infrastructure firms, and property development companies actively building out their supervisor pipelines.
Are there remote entry level site supervisor jobs?
Yes, though most site supervisor roles are inherently on-site by nature. About 0% of entry level site supervisor openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, typically covering coordination, scheduling, or administrative supervision duties rather than direct field oversight. Candidates open to on-site roles will find significantly more openings at the entry level.
Are these new grad site supervisor jobs?
Yes, many listings here are new grad and junior roles that explicitly welcome recent graduates, career changers, and candidates with zero to two years of experience. A new grad-friendly posting typically avoids hard experience minimums, lists internships or coursework as acceptable background, and mentions on-the-job training. Look for language like "will train," "recent graduates encouraged," or "0 to 2 years accepted" as clear signals.
Which industries hire the most entry level site supervisors?
Entry Level site supervisor roles concentrate in Healthcare & Medical Services and Electronics & Hardware, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors drive entry level hiring because they run high volumes of concurrent projects that require ground-level supervision, making them natural places for new talent to build experience quickly.
