Dual Director of Sales

Location: Buffalo, New York Hotels: Aloft Buffalo Airport & Hampton Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Dual Director of Sales to lead sales efforts for Aloft Buffalo Airport (Marriott) and Hampton Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport (Hilton). This position is responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate, group, government, local negotiated rate, and transient business. The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales professional with a proven track record of developing new business, building strong client relationships, and exceeding revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue for both properties.

· Prospect and secure new corporate, group, government, SMERF, and leisure accounts.

· Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and key community partners.

· Conduct outside sales calls, networking events, and hotel site tours.

· Negotiate contracts and manage group bookings from inquiry through execution.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities.

· Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations teams to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.

· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and action plans to achieve revenue goals.

· Represent both hotels at trade shows, chamber events, and industry functions.

· Ensure compliance with Marriott and Hilton brand sales initiatives and standards.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in the Buffalo market.

· Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, Choice Hotels, or other major hotel brands preferred.

· Proven ability to generate new business and grow market share.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Experience managing multiple properties or markets is a plus.

· Proficient with hotel sales systems, CRM platforms, and STR reports.

· Self-motivated, organized, and results oriented.

· Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Buffalo and Western New York region.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales efforts for two premier airport-area hotels in Buffalo, New York. The Dual Director of Sales will play a key role in driving market share, increasing revenue, and strengthening the presence of both properties throughout Western New York and Southern Ontario

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
