2Dimensional Marketing & Management is hiring motivated Social Media Marketing Specialists to help connect businesses with our social media management and content marketing packages.

This role is perfect for someone who is confident, outgoing, persuasive, and passionate about social media, branding, content creation, and helping businesses grow online. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our marketing packages, explaining how our services can help their business, and helping bring new clients into the agency.

We work with businesses that need help with social media management, short-form video content, branding, online visibility, and consistent content strategy. Your job will be to pitch our services to business owners and help them understand the value of having a strong online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, social media DMs, and networking
• Pitch 2Dimensional Marketing & Management’s social media packages to business owners
• Explain our services, pricing, and package benefits clearly and professionally
• Book interested business owners for consultations or next steps
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication with potential clients
• Keep track of prospects, conversations, and client interest
• Represent the company in a confident and professional way
• Stay knowledgeable about our packages and the value of social media marketing

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident speaking with business owners and potential clients
• Interest in social media, marketing, branding, or content creation
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Goal-oriented and money-motivated
• Comfortable with outreach, pitching, and follow-ups
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be reliable, professional, and willing to learn
