- Proficiency with CAD and GIS platforms used in production (MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, Civil 3D, Revit, ArcGIS)
- Familiarity with major surveying hardware, software, and industry trends
- Strong understanding of survey data formats and how they connect across the AEC and infrastructure industry
- Clear written and verbal communication, with experience presenting technical solutions to varied audiences
- A consultative, problem-solving mindset
- Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
