MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- 8+ years of experience in AEM development; strong hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Sling Jobs and workflows.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, including mentoring, conducting code reviews, and promoting industry best practices (DevOps, Cloud, Agile).
- Collaborate with business teams to define requirements, identify risks and define maintainable solutions within the AEM platform.
- Design, develop and support AEM components, integrations, and applications for building websites.
- Expertise in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong knowledge of Dispatcher configs, caching techniques, and performance tuning.
- Experience deploying websites to AEM Cloud Service and on-premises installations. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, Jenkins, or other DevOps tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience resolving production issues in AEM environments.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and team collaboration tools.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Experience with Adobe Target is not required but consider a plus.
- Experience integrating Adobe Analytics with AEM is a plus.
- Experience with Akamai Content Delivery Network for websites.
- Experience with language translation tools such as Smartling or Transperfect.
- Experience with search engines such as Coveo or Solr.
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
